Enterprise Support

We take care of your equipments like they were our own. This assurance gives you the freedom to focus on other critical areas of your business. InfoTech for Hire's maintenance agreements are the best way to keep your hardware up-to-date and simplify necessary repairs. We offer the following two plans.

Basic Support Plan

    •    Periodic notification of updates on server and workstation operating system
    •    Down or non-functioning server support.
    •    2-4 Hour response time
    •    Driving time is excluded from hour service charge
    •    5/10 (5 work days per week/8am-6pm M-F) service availability
    •    Weekend and after hours charged at $130/hour
    •    Parts are extra and will be billed monthly
    •    90-day parts and labor warranty on parts installed by InfoTech for Hire consultants


Premium Support Plan


In addition to all the perks of the Basic Support Plan the Premium Support Plan includes:

    •    2 Hour guaranteed response time
    •    Unlimited engineers on site in case of multiple failures/critical issues
    •    7/13 (7 work days per week/8am-9pm M-F) service availability
    •    Semi-Annual network consultation
