Basic Support Plan
Periodic notification of updates on server and workstation operating
system
Down or non-functioning server support.
2-4 Hour response time
Driving time is excluded from hour service charge
5/10 (5 work days per week/8am-6pm M-F) service availability
Weekend and after hours charged at $130/hour
Parts are extra and will be billed monthly
90-day parts and labor warranty on parts installed by InfoTech for Hire consultants
